The sauna is compact, but it gets properly hot. We stayed in apartment 2 as a couple on a ski trip and found it very comfortable. The kitchen-living area and bathroom had everything we needed. The TV and sofa looked a little dated, though they were fine for unwinding. The balcony is roomy, but the central location in Oberstdorf means the mountain view is partly blocked, just as the listing said. That didn't bother us, and we were very happy with the price for what we got. We'd gladly return.
