The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was very clean too. Getting to Oberstdorf or the Söllereck cable car takes just a few minutes by bus, and you can also hike to the Breitachklamm gorge. The location is perfect, and I highly recommend it.
We booked through Stefanie Blattner Ferienwohnungen, and the whole process was smooth. They were friendly and accommodating. Our apartment had all we needed for a few days, including things that aren't always provided anymore, like salt, spices, coffee filters, and a vacuum cleaner. It's a beautiful, peaceful location, though you can hear cars passing on the B19. Walking to the village of Oberstdorf takes about 20-30 minutes if you're a good walker; by car it's under five minutes.
The bus stops practically at the door, and the location is close to Oberstdorf. We had beautifully furnished apartments with everything we needed, plus a lovely view. The surrounding countryside is beautiful too. You absolutely must take the cable car up the mountain and visit the Breitachklamm gorge!
Everything was clean, and the apartment was nicely furnished. It also had a great big balcony, and they even left a little welcome gift for our dog. 🐶
The STEINMANDL apartment was beautiful, modern, newly furnished, and clean, with everything you need. The house itself is in a very quiet location.
