Landhaus Alpensee

The apartments we’ve tried at Landhaus Apensee over the years have all been clean and nicely furnished, and the location is excellent. We’ve been coming back every year for a long time, and this year was another lovely stay. We’re happy to recommend the apartments.

The construction site outside the balcony was the real problem. A house was due to be built there by the end of the year, workers started at 7:30 in the morning, and we couldn’t use the balcony. When I asked Ms. Kagermaier why guests weren’t told about this during booking, she said they hike all day and the workers are finished by the time they return. We weren’t offered a discount. We felt her handling of it was very unfair, even though Ms. Kagermaier was otherwise friendly and helpful. We rented the Nebelhorn apartment for a week in June 2021. Inside, it was clean apart from the covers on the couch and armchair, which need reupholstering. That didn’t bother us much. The second bedroom was tiny, with only a bunk bed and no storage or shelves. We wouldn’t stay again.

We could even see the ski jump from this well-located apartment. It was comfortable, and the landlords were friendly.
