We went in winter, so we used the apartment as a base for cross-country and downhill skiing, though hiking would be possible too. It’s in a quiet spot, with two bus stops close by. The spacious place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The bread rolls we ordered were delicious, as was the fresh milk. You could reserve a time for the sauna and enjoy it on your own or with a partner.

We’ve been returning with our dog Karla since autumn 2021, and every time we feel completely at home with the Berktold family. We’re now finishing our 10th family holiday with them, still with that lovely, cozy feeling. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to our next stay in our second home ♥️

The house, garden, and apartment are all so lovely and thoughtfully put together, and the host is warm and very kind. It’s wonderfully peaceful, with a beautiful view, yet an easy walk into the center of Oberstdorf and elsewhere. We’ll definitely come back ❤️!

The hosts made us feel welcome, and the apartment was clean and had all the equipment we needed. Its location and view are ideal if, like us, you enjoy a countryside holiday. I’d gladly come back, highly recommended.

Dogs are welcome, and the mattresses were great. We had a lovely, spacious apartment with everything we needed, in a great spot with a beautiful view. The hosts were friendly too. We’d love to return.
