Landhaus Viktoria

The rooms are lovely, and we really enjoyed dinner at the Hotel Victoria. It was excellent and only cost a small amount extra. Guests can also use the wellness area, with its nice sauna and small pool with a counter-current system. The accommodation is close to Oberstdorf, with short trips to the ski areas.

We were impressed with Landhaus Viktoria and will definitely return. The staff were super friendly and took care of all our requests, and everything was very clean. Our modern room had mountain views and its own terrace. The little kitchenette came in handy for making sandwiches and coffee. We stayed for two weeks of skiing in February, and Oberstdorf was only a two-minute drive away. We didn’t need it ourselves, but the hotel being fully wheelchair accessible is a huge plus.

We booked for 3 days on a whim and would definitely stay again. The guesthouse is part of the hotel of the same name, with parking in the courtyard. There’s a large bike garage with an e-bike charging station, and both buildings are child-friendly, with an indoor playground, and accessible for people with disabilities. The hotel restaurant has a charming atmosphere and excellent food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it’s a perfect base for exploring the whole region. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We stayed in the annex, Landhaus Viktoria, this time. It was wheelchair accessible, with a large room, a loggia and a great view of the Oberstdorf mountains. We didn’t use the kitchenette. I mentioned my sleep problems, and they found a mattress that worked after two tries. The service was attentive and very friendly. Breakfast was generous and varied, and the four-course dinner left nothing to be desired. We used the lovely spa area and swimming pool every day. The location is beautiful and quiet, and Oberstdorf is about a 35-minute wheelchair ride away along various routes. This is our second time here.
