My bags were eventually brought to the room after I got instructions on where to leave them. Getting that far was a struggle: I arrived at the time I had given when booking, but nobody was there and I had received no directions. I rang the bell repeatedly with no answer until someone who lived in the building let me inside, where I found a number to call. Later, I assumed I should put the key back in the box because that was where I had collected it. I was wrong, and the rules need to be explained clearly. Check-in hours are limited, and it was hard to reach anyone. The location is outside Oberursel, with no convenient way to get into town.
