Our room worked well for my wife, toddler, and me, and the staff were really friendly. My daughter especially loved 'Großer Yoki'. The hotel has plenty to do, and there are things to see around it too, though it seems better suited to kids over 4 than younger ones. We'll return in a couple of years when she's old enough to enjoy more of it. The half board was good value, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were okay. They catered more to kids than adults and toddlers. Check-in took ages: we waited 20 minutes, then spent nearly 20 more at the desk because the inclusions in our booking weren't recognized at first. We were also accidentally charged double for local taxes and parking. Check-out was even worse, with over 20 minutes at the desk. They didn't initially recognize the overpayment from check-in, and getting the refund approved took ages. Those issues brought down our rating.

Everything made for children was top-notch, and our baby absolutely loved the place, especially Yoki, the hotel's mascot. The room was simple but clean. It's a genuinely family-friendly hotel focused on kids, so we'll definitely be back! 👍🏻

The setting is beautiful, and the weather during our visit was awesome. Our granddaughter had a great time with the indoor playground and the outdoor activities, and there was lots for kids to do at this charming hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance, which we only found out when we arrived. It did affect our stay. If we come again, we'll check whether it's open before making the long drive. Still glad we went.

The hotel's claim of being at least partly wheelchair accessible was a big letdown. We called ahead to check, but it turned out that only the rooms have elevator access and the dining area is on the ground floor. Practically all the free-time activities are inaccessible by wheelchair, so we felt misled. The location is nice, and the rooms are pretty standard, neither especially good nor bad. Very mediocre at best.

Agata the animator did an excellent job, and we enjoyed the friendly staff and delicious cocktails too. There's even a gin and tonic card. The hotel is a great getaway with kids, with lots of opportunities to play inside and out, and the pool was great. We also liked activities such as gold mining and making stockbrot, which was savory and so delicious. There are interesting activities around the hotel as well, suitable for adults and kids of any age. Highly recommended!
