The most upsetting part was how the reception staff treated us. We had made the long trip with our little son mainly for the children's spa, but they were arrogant and unwilling to help. When I asked whether we could at least go into the children's playroom and see the attractions, the gentleman refused again. My 3-year-old left in tears, and the experience put me off visiting the resort in the future. I understand the children's pool might have been full, but the behavior was appalling. At 10:30 a.m., reception said we couldn't buy a swimming ticket to the children's spa there and would have to purchase everything through the app at 11. When I tried then, the app said tickets weren't available because it was full. I showed this to the staff, and only reluctantly was I told we could get the tribute tomorrow. He could have explained that straight away. On our way back, a Czech family told us they were going to bed and that the place was half empty.

The room, pool, playground, and food were all perfect for us. We've stayed here twice now and loved every moment, especially the kids. A great spot for parents too.

We were there for a week at the end of April, and the facilities were really well equipped. The team and staff were great, and the Pony House, Elldus Spa, and petting zoo make it a lovely place for families. We're planning to return in winter. I'd recommend it to singles, couples, and families alike.

Those beautiful views made for a great weekend escape, and we could easily have stayed another day or two without getting bored. We had a great time with young kids here. It's very family-focused, with scheduled and drop-in activities for children and parents: pony rides, mini golf, bonfire, basketball, tricycles, a bouncy pad, pool, and sandbox. Adults have a spa and an à la carte restaurant.

We visited the spa as day guests and enjoyed it. It's very clean, there's a nice space for kids, and drinks are free. Booking online before you go is a good idea.
