The bathroom let the place down a bit. We had to clean again when we arrived, especially under the toilet seat, and there was an unpleasant smell. The towels and bed linen were provided but looked quite worn, and the unmarked glass doors could be risky with small children. Some visible markings or film could help prevent collisions. The location in Oberwiesenthal was a real plus. Shops, restaurants, sights, and hiking areas were all close enough to reach on foot, and there were plenty of parking spaces. The house looked attractive from outside too. Before we arrived, communication with the landlord was friendly, helpful, and well organized. WhatsApp made it easy to get clear information, and our questions were answered in advance, which put us at ease. Inside, the apartment was bright, modern, and welcoming, with spacious rooms. There were two separate bedrooms and a cozy living area with a couch large and comfortable enough for several people. The TV was up to date, and there was plenty of storage. The kitchen had new crockery and a stylish design, and cooking was easy, though a few more utensils would have been useful. That's a minor gripe. The WLAN 6 connection wasn't always steady, so I ended up using mobile data. That was fine now and then, but could be frustrating on a longer stay or when reliable internet is needed. We still had a very pleasant few days and would consider booking again. With a little attention to the bathroom, linens, and other small issues, this spacious apartment would be a smooth five-star stay, especially for families.

Everything was provided in this spotless holiday apartment, which was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The location was great, communication with the host was excellent, and they were always helpful and reliable. Great value for money, and the best accommodation in OTHALS.

There was lots to do in the building, including a bike and ski storage room, table tennis, foosball, and darts. Everyone could use the large terrace, and there was also a covered seating area with a gas grill. Shops, restaurants, and attractions are all walkable, and the apartment's amenities and location were excellent. The landlord was very nice. We'd love to come back.

There are modern facilities for keeping active, including a fitness room, ping-pong, and foosball, along with a large terrace and outdoor kitchen for warmer weather. The apartments are beautiful and have everything from flat-screen TVs to fully equipped kitchens. They suit couples as well as friends and families, and seem like a lovely place to stay at any time of year.
