After a long day, I slept very well in the comfortable bed. The room was clean and smelled lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have been satisfied on every visit. Breakfast is included in the price, which is a nice extra. I highly recommend it.

The hotel left me with a very positive impression, and I can’t think of anything negative to mention. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna for a reasonable 10€. There was a lovely variety of fruit, vegetables, and bread at breakfast, though I would have liked a slightly larger serving of eggs. The staff were so kind, especially the sincere Ukrainian lady who was always ready to help and spoke Czech very well. One of our group of three kept noticing the pleasant smell of soup and food throughout our stay and really appreciated it.

The room was fine, but dinner was so bad I don’t want to spend more time describing it. The meat was terrible and smothered in mustard sauce, and it felt like they were angry at me. It took about 30 minutes just to take our order. My wife got the 10€ special, which also felt like a f#$! you to us. The best food was free at the front desk, as shown in the attached picture. Please don’t eat dinner here.

Good value for the price, with a nice breakfast and a spa you can rent by the hour for private use. The skiing area is an 8-minute drive away, and there are free parking spots beside the skilift.

After 10-12 hours of driving, we were grateful that they offered to make us schnitzel with braten kartoffln, even though we arrived late and the kitchen was closed. Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. I only missed having water without gas.
