Lang´s Ferienwohnungen

There’s a garage space on the property, and we were right in the center of town. Restaurants, two supermarkets, bakeries and plenty of other shops were all an easy walk away. The church is close too, which is charming, though its bells give you an automatic 7:00 a.m. wake-up call ;-) The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished in a modern style. The furniture is on the budget-friendly side, but that didn’t bother us.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and the ski area is less than ten minutes away. There were several restaurants and bars nearby, plus the Christmas market was happening in the town square during our stay. The place felt brand new and very modern, and the value for money deserves an extra star. We’d love to return!

With four adults and three children, we had plenty of room and never felt cramped. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. It’s right in central Oberwiesenthal, so the main attractions, ski lifts, the cable car to the Fichtelberg, shops, a bakery and a supermarket are all easy to reach on foot. The landlords are warm, helpful and happy to chat. His knowledge of the area made the restaurant recommendations easy to trust. Dear Lang family, dear Ingolf, we’ll definitely be back and are already looking forward to it.

The owners were very friendly, and the place was spacious and nicely furnished, close to the mountain. If you’re renting skis too, a tip: we started at K1, but its prices were twice as high as most other places. We later rented from the Starthaus shop beside the chairlift and were extremely satisfied.
