8/10
The staff were friendly and patient with my nonexistent German. The room looked a little dated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But the steak I had in their restaurant was honestly one of the best I've ever eaten, so I raised my rating to four.

The emergency exit is the bedroom window, which leads onto a sloping roof. Good luck with that, adventurers. And that's on top of the service: they didn't respond to my calls or emails. If you leave something behind at this so-called hotel, either the rooms aren't cleaned after you leave, or you have reason to question their honesty. I'm not sure I even want an answer about it. That should give you an idea of the service quality.

The food is rustic and really good, and the staff and service were brilliant.

Great hotel, though I found the chairs uncomfortable.
