Sternhagens Landhaus

Breakfast was delicious, and having the option of a set menu twice a week was a lovely extra. Danner's Country House is a thoughtfully furnished hotel in a 17th-century farmhouse, with such a warm family feel that we almost felt like part of the Danner family rather than guests. The whole family and their fantastic team made our holiday wonderful and relaxing. We felt so at home and will definitely return.

Outstanding. The three of us had Christmas Day dinner at Danners Landhaus, with a fantastic five-course meal in a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for such a lovely evening. We’ll remember it for a long time.

We came as a couple with our dog, and I can't remember ever being welcomed so warmly as a dog owner. Sandra and Jürgen make you feel like part of the family while you're there, and their staff are just as friendly and lovely. The cozy country house is carefully furnished and beautifully decorated, the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and ours had direct access outside, which worked well for a trip with a dog. They can also arrange bike rentals if needed. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, and pay attention to every need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋, and the menu offered twice a week is highly recommended. Great, great, great... we'll definitely come back. You more than deserve five stars.
