The front desk staff were lovely and gave us great food recommendations. A couple of people in the restaurant were also very kind, and the hotel food was actually quite good on the days we ate there, both at breakfast and dinner. The rest of the stay was rough. My room door wouldn't lock on its own when I left for the day, and I had to slam it shut to get it to stay locked. On the last day, the handle inside came off. The elevator nearly trapped me on the first day, so I carried my bag up several flights of stairs. Nobody cleaned during my weeklong stay, and the nearest train station was about a 20-minute walk away.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was noisy from Frankfurt airport nearby. If you like sleeping with the windows open, a lazy Sunday morning wasn't possible. You arrive at a superbly renovated industrial site, but my room was in a nondescript side wing that looked like a building site. The receptionist spoke something I couldn't identify, and his German and English were both poor.

I stay in hotels every week for work, and this was my most unpleasant experience so far. The staff weren't friendly at all. At check-in, the person behind the desk didn't say anything to me. When I asked for the bill at checkout, they couldn't print it and said they'd email it. Of course, I never got one.

I was there for a two-day business trip. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was good.

I stayed for four nights and managed to use the sauna only once. The staff kept saying it wasn't working, even though it was, but only one person had the keys to the switchboard. That was pretty frustrating 😒.
