Rioca Hafeninsel Posto 8

Free coffee was a lovely little touch that helped me start the day on a bright note. The staff at Hotel Rioca Hafeninsel Posto 8 were warm and friendly from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and a great place to unwind after exploring the city. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a warm welcome.

The hotel feels brand new, with a beautiful modern design. Everything in the room seemed thoughtfully chosen for comfort, and the whole place was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, the coffee was complimentary, and the bar makes amazing cocktails. Special thanks to Marianne and Pedro! :)

I felt at home as soon as I arrived, thanks to the warm, friendly welcome and inviting atmosphere. Everything about my stay at Hotel Rioca Hafeninsel Posto 8 was delightful, and I left with a great memory of the visit. I highly recommend it for both the accommodations and service.

My clothes hadn't dried fully because of some fault or error in the hotel's app, but staff removed them without asking me, and they ended up dirty. I was extremely angry about that. Staff were trying to offer compensation when a man called Andre cut into our conversation and told me not to “mistreat” his colleague. I was calm by then, so I was shocked that someone who didn't even know what had happened jumped in and accused me of being rude. He kept interrupting me and saying, “This isn’t your country. In Germany, we don’t act like you.” He is too foreign worker from Brazil. Then he slammed the table in front of me in frustration, as if to say I wasn't listening. Before this Brazil guy, I had a good impression on Frankfurt. I have never experienced hotel staff like this in my life.
