I was furious and told the hotel so. I had booked remotely and was given no warning that my room was twenty feet underground, with a grate in the sidewalk above it. It was horrible, smelled bad and mildewed, and at 175 Euro a night the arrangement was beyond comprehension. This wouldn't be legal in most countries.

We felt right at home in this vacation apartment and would definitely come back. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, always available, and shared useful tips for local restaurants and excursions. It's a quiet spot, while still close to the main attractions and shopping. The apartment was spotless and modern, with thoughtful details. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we especially loved ending the day on the cozy balcony with its beautiful view. Highly recommended.
For my business trip, booking and check-in went smoothly, with no problems at all. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was great. I can definitely recommend it.
