Aspire Oldenburg, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The price is great, and I loved this place from the moment I walked into reception and saw the room. It was amazing, just like the pictures, except one bathroom photo was wrong. The actual bathroom was much better!

Excellent value for the price. The room was spacious and the location is perfect.

The hotel is just a few metres from the Weser EMS Halle, which was perfect for attending an event there. The interior felt dated, but there were nice modern touches, including a rainforest shower head and a coffee and cappuccino machine in the breakfast area. The staff were super friendly and professional, and cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch. Onsite parking just a few metres from the front door was a real bonus. I really enjoyed my short stay and would highly recommend it.

I arrived at 11:30 p.m. after a long day at CCH. It made sense that there was no food left to buy at that hour, but I was charged more than the amount in my company's booking. I had also paid for breakfast, though I was leaving at 6:15 a.m. and the kitchen didn't open until 6:30. When I asked for breakfast to be removed from the bill, reception said it couldn't be done. I doubt that, but it was late and I was tired. The room had two small single beds instead of a regular bed. Already hungry and having paid for breakfast I couldn't eat, I went downstairs to ask whether I could get a larger bed. Reception said that wasn't possible. When I first came into the hotel, the receptionist asked what I wanted. I thought it was obvious I was looking for somewhere to sleep. That employee came across as very unkind and unhelpful, and I can't recommend the hotel.
