After busy days outside, this is a cosy, homely place to settle back into. There’s plenty of room, the bedrooms are clean and well kept, and the atmosphere is great. The host was helpful, too. In summer the surroundings are appealing, and in winter there are lots of skiing options nearby. A great place to get together with friends and family and make good memories. Highly recommended.

The garden was smaller and less well located than we expected from the photos, so it wasn’t ideal for small children. Apart from that, we had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, clean, and has comfortable beds, making it a good fit for several families with young kids. It’s also a handy base for exploring Winterberg or Olsberg.

We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, and the good weather let us make the most of it during our family weekend with ten people. Ols'Berghaus is modern, beautifully furnished, spotless, well equipped, and very child friendly. Ms. Teunissen was lovely to communicate with and readily accommodated our requests about check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended!

The hiking trails nearby were really beautiful. We were 11 people on a family weekend and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time there.

The terrace and little garden with its climbing frame were lovely, and everything was very clean. The beds were already made when we arrived, with towels provided too. We all felt comfortable at Ols-Berghaus, and Ms. Teunissen was friendly throughout our communication. The house has bright rooms, and the well-equipped upstairs living room and kitchen had what we needed for both adults and children. We spent a long weekend there with the whole family at the beginning of May. We’d definitely come back. A clear recommendation! 👍👍👍 Pia Esser-Dondorf and family
