I can't understand the negative reviews here at all, and I don't think they're justified. For this price, I've never had such attentive care or found such a cozy, clean atmosphere anywhere else, not even at luxury hotels in Dresden. The service couldn't be better or cheaper. The owner is incredibly wonderful and puts in every effort to pamper her guests. Everything feels like pure luxury, with hygienic cleanliness and a real sense of comfort, all for a very reasonable price. It's a guesthouse with heart and soul. Much respect for the dedication and passion the amazing owner and her team put into it. Highly recommended! Best wishes and a big compliment. H. Schlegel

The rooms are absolutely clean and well kept, and there’s a shared kitchen. In my opinion, though, they’re only suited to short stays. In the two rooms I’ve stayed in, the bathroom was a prefabricated unit inside the room. The owner is very friendly and flexible. It’s affordable, and you can pay with cash or card.

It's a small guesthouse and there’s no breakfast, but everything else was fine. I couldn't find a traditional breakfast spot in Oschatz, and herring rolls? No thanks. The bakery had cake, which was acceptable.

A pleasant guesthouse, and my room was excellent. It had what three people need, including a mini kitchen, toilet, and shower. The internet was more or less good, though I had to fill out the standard registration form on the homepage. I never saw speeds over 100 k/s, but it was still good enough.

We felt very comfortable and welcome during our long weekend there last summer for a festival. The contact was extremely pleasant, and they gave us a friendly welcome. Thank you!
