The entrance downstairs, with shops at street level, looked gloomy, but the hotel on the first floor was elegant and very clean. Breakfast was the usual buffet sort of thing, with fresh, delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a family business, though, so some services aren't available around the clock. We couldn't leave our luggage in storage after checking out at the required time. Still, we'd like to stay again next time we need a night in Osnabruck.

There are reasonably priced single rooms, and the people were really nice and helpful. It's close to the shopping area too.

For both the room and breakfast, simple and good sums it up. The hotel sits just beyond the ring road at the edge of the city center. Getting to the free hotel parking is a headache: ask the hotel first, ignore your navigation, and apparently break a bunch of traffic rules. The street outside is being renovated to connect it with the city center, and there are junkies and homeless people right there. The hotel has a good arrangement with them, so don't panic. Also, it's on the first floor above a supermarket with no elevator, so it's not accessible for people with disabilities.

The breakfast room was cozy and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and the rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated, still in excellent condition. It's a quiet place right in the city center. We'd gladly come back, highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, and the bed, bathroom, and cleanliness were all OK. I took off two points for the 80s feel, and breakfast could've had a little more variety. Good hotel otherwise!
