The staff were really friendly. I had booked six nights, but my plans changed and I stayed just one; they handled it without any problem. The hotel was clean and good value, and breakfast was good for the price too. Thanks, I'll definitely come back.

The place is very nice, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I had a small WiFi issue, so they moved me to another room. If no other room had been available, though, I would have been stuck with a weak signal. Breakfast was served in small portions all together, which I guess would've been a better experience without covid-19. That's not a complaint about the place.

The hotel itself is peaceful and very nice. There was a whole convention of young people there for some martial arts tournament, which was nice. Still, the staff all seemed to be in a bit of a bad mood that day. The Internet was terrible, and the TV reception was too, which wasn't ideal during the eurocup.

The food was scrumptious, the waiters and staff were neat, and the service felt like heaven on earth.

The staff really went above and beyond to help us.
