Haus Strandgut

The balcony view was a favorite, along with the little spiral staircase. We stayed in apartment 5, which looks straight out to sea, just like in the photos. The decor was tasteful and clearly put together with care. The supermarket is about a 10-minute drive away. The beach is very well maintained, and especially lovely around sunset.

The location is the real treat here, just a stone's throw from the beach. We spent a week in June at Haus Strandgut, two adults in the ground-floor apartment, and felt right at home. There was plenty of room, and the bathroom was fine, though we could have used more space for toiletries. We slept well every night in the comfortable beds. The terrace is roomy, with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, but there's no privacy screen. We'd gladly return.

The beach is under a three-minute walk away, and getting the keys was simple. We stayed four days in early May in a spacious, clean ground-floor apartment in the middle, with a terrace. There are seven apartments, each with its own parking spot, and free Wi-Fi too. The kitchen had an oven, dishwasher, and plenty of plates and dishes, so we had everything we needed. The upper-floor balconies have lovely direct sea views. Nearly perfect, though we found the mattresses could be firmer.

The apartment was very clean, and the house sits on a quiet street. Restaurants are easy to reach on foot. We were very happy with the accommodation.
