The location felt like a dream, and the whole place had a homey feel. After a cold, rainy night in the car, we thought our day was shot. Then a very kind saleswoman shared this tip, so we drove over on a whim and rang the bell. We were welcomed like regulars. An older woman in sweet slippers opened the door, offered us a deal tailored to us, and showed us the apartments. Each one seemed prettier and better kept than the last, and they were all so clean and inviting. We’d never had an experience like it. We almost want to keep the place secret so there’s always room for us, but that kind of warmth deserves recognition. Huge thanks to the family. It felt like luck and fate bringing us together, and we’ll definitely return. We can hardly wait.

Being right in the middle of Binz and only a two-minute walk from the beach made the location hard to beat. The Kind family were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming that we clicked right away. Our Sonnenblick apartment was bright and elegantly designed, with lovely lighting throughout. It was also spacious and very clean, with two balconies, a large bathroom with a shower and corner tub, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a tastefully furnished living room. Having a private parking space on the property was especially handy. We’d happily come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it. 🤩✨🏡 🏖️☀️😊 👍💖🌟

We got to look around the large upstairs apartment, and they were always kind about answering our questions. The apartment is beautiful, with so much attention to detail, and everything is close by. Binz is definitely worth a visit. 🙏🏼☺️

Binz is such a lovely place, and this accommodation is right in the center. The furnishings are beautiful, and the family who rents it out are really nice and always friendly.

The house is beautifully kept, with a lovely garden, and the central location was great. Our apartment was lovely and furnished with a lot of care. Familie Kind gave us such a warm welcome, they’re a really nice family. We’ll definitely be back next year and recommend this well-kept house 100%. Kristin&Alex
