Apartmenthaus Villa Sanssouci

I’ve stayed at this lovely villa in the heart of Binz several times, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hosts are lovely and make the stay even nicer. Everything feels bright and welcoming, and it’s clean and modernly furnished. Just right for a relaxing Baltic Sea break. We’ll definitely come back!

The villa worked well for home office too, especially in the quieter rooms at the back. Wi-Fi was very reliable, and there’s a bakery next door where you can get breakfast. We could also charge our electric car in the villa's parking lot. The apartment was spacious, with a nice balcony or terrace and plenty of bathroom storage. Everything was straightforward, and when we had a technical problem, help arrived right away. Thank you.

Apartment 13 is on the top floor, with a bakery right outside and everything you need close by. The balcony is handy for drying laundry and airing the place out, though it gets a bit noisy with the window open. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. It was very clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped. For Binz prices, it’s excellent value for a short break.

We had a small, cozy apartment with a little kitchen, and the villa was very quiet despite the dogs and traffic on the main road. The location was very good too. But the apartment wasn't ready at the agreed 3 pm, and the cleanliness was disappointing. It was really, really dusty.
