At 3:30 pm today, I was turned away from a table even though other people were eating there. I was told they were on a break, but Google doesn't mention a break at that time. I was polite, so I don't understand the response. The place is quite far from the center, and you might be refused for a strange reason, so I wouldn't recommend going.

We came with a larger group, and everyone enjoyed both the food and the stay. The others all work in restaurants themselves and have high standards, so that says a lot. The atmosphere was really cozy, the food was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. I didn't try the dog menu, but our dog loved it and it looked nice too.

The rooms are the real draw here: small, quaint spaces with a warm, whimsical mix of themes, including Orient Express, Puppet Room, Wine Room, and Photography Room. The comfort food is amazingly tasty, with plenty of options, including vegan dishes. Definitely worth a visit or a tour. They also hold special events.

The interior is amazing and worth seeing, and the staff are friendly. Food-wise, though, it's quite bland and greasy. The portions are really big, which is good if you're hungry, but I'd skip it if you're after a delicious meal.

Really unique place, and the food was unusual too, which made the whole experience even better. The staff were friendly as well. I also like that kids aren't allowed in after 5 pm. More restaurants could follow that example ;)
