Everything is within walking distance, and there’s plenty of parking plus a bike rack. It’s a beautiful holiday home in a lovely location, and the landlord is very nice and helpful. We still really enjoyed our vacation here, but the house could use more care. The grill grate took us hours to clean, and some parts of the house hadn’t been cleaned properly. The dishwasher downstairs no longer gets the dishes clean. Water pressure is terrible, so more than one person can’t use water at once, whether in the shower, toilet, or kitchen. The door handles all need tightening, and there are small repairs to do here and there. Maybe next time there could be a form for positive and negative comments and suggestions, since we didn’t see each other when we left. Thank you very much.

The owners are always glad to share helpful tips, and we had a lovely holiday apartment with a garden. The pier is just a 15-minute walk away, and Rasender Roland station and Schmachter See lake are also a short stroll. Very friendly contact and highly recommended!

We’ve stayed here several times and love coming back. The furnishings are great, the surroundings are beautiful, and the hosts are wonderful. Already looking forward to our next holiday in Binz.

A quiet, very nice location, and the privately run holiday home is beautiful and well kept. It’s furnished with a lot of care, with a ground-floor terrace and a balcony upstairs. We’d definitely stay again.
