Villa Schwan F654 WG 21 _Schwanens

The view over Lake Schmachter is magnificent, and the location right beside it is fantastic. Inside, though, our apartment’s furnishings were pretty poor and dated. It also felt completely exposed: a thin curtain was all that stopped passersby seeing into the bedroom, and the roller shutters left too much of the bottom of the window uncovered. The kitchen was worn and too small, even for two people.

Apartment 17/Sun Salutation is cozy, with decent average furnishings, a lovely view, and a fantastic location. I like it here, though driving into the underground parking garage still gives me sweaty palms. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but it has clearly spoiled the holiday for one or two guests already. The other thing that could be a problem is the owners of an apartment on the first floor. They regularly leave their dog alone, and it barks nonstop, sometimes as late as 11 p.m.

The location deserves its one star and isn't bad. Everything else is abysmal: very sparse furnishings and practically no comfort.

The "Sun Greeting" apartment is very well equipped, and the location on Lake Schmachter See is excellent. Always a pleasure.
