I spend my summer evenings on the balcony, feet up with a drink, looking out at the Baltic Sea and promenade while people go by. That view and location are hard to beat. You open the door and you're right in the middle of things. Haus Zobler wasn't on my radar until summer 2023, even though I've been coming to Binz for ages. Since then I've stayed several times a year, and after trying four apartments with promenade or partial sea views, I only look elsewhere if everything is booked. The apartments are modern, thoughtfully furnished and equipped, so you can pretty much just drop off your suitcase. They're spotless, and the Zobler family are attentive and really friendly. They've set the bar so high that other places need a giraffe to reach it, *laughs*.

The apartments are affordable, clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The knives were a bit dull, though, and there wasn't a sharpener. The location works well for both the town and beach, but it can get noisy when there's a beach party at the pier.

We already knew Rügen and Binz from our many summer trips with the kids and dogs, and chose Haus Zobler for a long weekend at the start of the year to celebrate my birthday. Even with our late arrival delayed further by traffic, we got a really warm welcome. The restored house is lovely, and our apartment was charmingly furnished. We were comfortable there and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, with no complaints. The balcony had a nice partial sea view, though the winter cold meant we didn't spend much time out there. The central spot made it easy to walk to the beach, pedestrian zone and everything else we needed. We noticed the snack bar smell downstairs now and then when airing out the apartment. Since it was winter, we can't say how strong that smell gets in summer.

Our arrival was late and then held up further by traffic, but we were still greeted in a very friendly, welcoming way. We were looking for somewhere to spend a few days by the Baltic Sea, and Haus Zobler accommodated us. The room was modern and absolutely spotless, with furnishings that looked brand new. We can wholeheartedly recommend it!

The Zobler family are lovely hosts, and the accommodation really impressed us. It was an excellent location, just steps from the pier.
