The room was roomy enough for our two-night stay, and when I told reception about the person stomping around overhead, they sorted it out right away. The hotel is nicely located and the service was good. Cleaning could've been better, though: the shower hadn't been cleaned, the bedspread was left over the chair, there were hairs in the bed that didn't look like ours, and one pillowcase had stains. The brown carpet isn't for me either, since I find carpet unhygienic.

Dinner and breakfast were pleasant, and the bathroom was great, with a hot shower and clean towels. There was also a fridge, kettle and safe in the room. The walls were dirty, the marshmallow-soft pillows didn't make for a good night's sleep, and the hallway carpet smelled of tobacco and didn't look clean. The city tax came to 20€ for two nights for two people, which felt very high. Parking was 20€ per day at another nearby hotel, with no surveillance.

The area around the hotel is very clean, and along the coast near Binz even the toilets are clean and easy to access. It's a nice hotel, with a short walk to the beach along a path through a green belt. Natural parks nearby make it easy to go hiking or biking.

The suite was clean, comfortable and high quality, just what you'd expect in Germany. The staff were super nice, check-in was quick, and they were helpful and followed up promptly on my questions. I'll come again!

The apartment was spacious and only a stone's throw from the beach, though it didn't have a sea view. The staff were very helpful too.
