The apartment is a good place to stay with family, with a great location close to the beach and a very pet-friendly setup. The rooms are fantastic, and the sauna, pool, and other facilities are really nice. My main issue was the housekeeping. Even though we paid a 90 euros cleaning fee, they wouldn't give us fresh towels after three days, and the room was never cleaned. I found that a little absurd. I expected something more like serviced-apartment hotel rooms, but the operation seems closer to an Airbnb model while charging like the former.

The rooms are nicely furnished, but they feel bland and cost a lot, with a €130 cleaning charge on top. The restaurant service was poor too: we waited ages for our food, and there isn't another restaurant anywhere nearby. It's easy to reach by train and right on the beach, with good bike hire next door. Still, this huge complex doesn't exactly feel like a getaway, and despite its history it's extraordinarily dull.

The layout of the apartments is very well done, and the property has a great location and design. Breakfast was great too. But this could be a fantastic apartment hotel, and right now they're still working on the construction and figuring out how to run it. Several small things need attention: garbage handling, parking, Wi-Fi, cleaning the surrounding area, deliveries to the site, and making information about everything available.

The room itself was nice, but it didn't have enough supplies, and the hotel even charged for extra toilet paper. The staff were impolite. It's a bit far from restaurants and similar places, and the local beach isn't good.

Dinner was delicious, especially the chickpea curry, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The apartments are gorgeous, stylish, and comfortable. A cozy place I'd recommend for a vacation.
