We liked having a private parking space at the house and a beach chair by the nearby beach entrance. The town is all an easy walk away, and the location is prime, even with a lake view from the second row. The apartment is superbly equipped, and we had a wonderful stay. One thing that would’ve helped me as someone with allergies: knowing the pillows were feather-filled. All in all, highly recommended.

The tourist information center right next door has lots of useful information, and the pier and bakery for bread rolls are about a 5-minute walk away. It’s also a short stroll to the beach and the apartment’s own beach chair. We’re a couple, and really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, beautifully located holiday apartment. It’s very comfortably furnished.

We’ve been coming to Binz three years running, but this was our first week here, and the apartment was a pleasant surprise. There’s even a small, tucked-away view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony. Some places would charge extra for that alone. The location is excellent, with everything in easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, has plenty of storage even for a family of four, and the kitchen leaves virtually nothing to be desired. The bathroom is modern and functional. There’s an elevator, a lockable bike storage room, and parking that doesn’t take much maneuvering, even with a station wagon and bike rack.

We had a fantastic holiday apartment in a great spot. Top-notch, and I’d highly recommend it! 👍
