At Strand, the room was okay and I liked the long curtains and windows, which gave it a nice feel. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was a safe. It took a little while to find my reservation, but they sorted it out quickly. The shower cubicle was quite tiny, so some people might struggle with it. Breakfast was okay too, not much variety, but it did the job.

Dogs are welcome here, and the staff were adorable. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is right on the seafront, with modern, extremely comfortable rooms and roomy, beautiful bathrooms. The spa is a dream, with a Turkish bath and two different kinds of sauna.
