Everything was perfect: the apartment was lovely and clean, and handing over the key was easy. It's right in the middle of things but still quiet. I always miss having a Senseo or capsule coffee machine in holiday rentals. For health reasons we drink different kinds of coffee, so a regular coffee maker doesn't work well for me. Still, that's something that could be fixed.

It's a nicely furnished apartment, and the kitchen is very well equipped. There's a private parking spot, and a supermarket nearby. The beach and Binz pier are just a short walk away. My one drawback is that pets aren't allowed.

The apartment is nicely decorated and generally very well equipped, and the location makes it easy to get into the action. Still, all the little problems added up, and the value for money didn't feel right. We reported these issues within 24 hours, but they weren't fixed, and some were apparently already known: the shower leaked and flooded the slippery bathroom floor, the fan was very loud, and the bedroom lights didn't work. We didn't report the dirty balcony furniture, which we cleaned ourselves on the first day, or the partly filthy windows. The landlady wasn't willing to listen and claimed the shower lip problem had been fixed. It hadn't. Absolutely NOT recommended.

In early November we had a lovely holiday at Villa Allegra. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had everything we wanted, and its location right on the pedestrian zone was perfect. We were very happy with our stay. Highly recommended!
