The staff were welcoming and attentive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The apartments have been newly renovated, with bright, airy rooms and a beach-style feel. They have all the comforts you’d want for a self-catered holiday. The beachside setting also makes it easy to get to restaurants, walking trails, ferries, and the train station.

The location is excellent, right by beach access but a little away from the main bustle. The house was lovely, comfortable, and very well equipped, though I did miss having a coffee machine such as a Nespresso. Everything was in order, and both arrival and departure were relaxed. Breakfast at the Imperial was good too.

We’ve been visiting Binz every December for years and usually stay at the Hotel Imperial. With painting and facade renovation underway during this trip, we chose Villa Baltik, which is part of the Imperial and just a short distance away. Staying in a holiday apartment in Binz was an interesting change. We’ll come back, and we’re already looking forward to the lovely Imperial again, and to the friendly, kind, helpful people who make our stays at both the hotel and Villa Baltik so enjoyable. The terrace looking straight over the lake was the highlight for me, and we all felt at home, including our child. Villa Baltik is in a fantastic spot, and the apartment was lovely. The staff were friendly and the service was superb, with someone always available in person or by phone. I would have liked a mosquito net on the window, though. I really don't like mosquitoes, haha. We stayed from July 29th to August 5th, 2024, and would happily return. Thanks for such a lovely stay. Best wishes, the Groth family 🩷

The apartment had everything we needed to feel at ease, and it was very clean. Villa Baltik is in a superb location. We really enjoyed our stay this September and hope to come back.
