The location is definitely a plus, but the website doesn’t mention the trade-offs. With the windows open, it’s noisy, and there’s also noise from the restaurant downstairs. Other people use the parking spaces even though you pay a daily fee for them. The receptionists were very unfriendly, and the cleaning wasn’t good. Our room, 12, was above the restaurant, with noise going on until 11 at night. Not ideal with small children. The sofa bed was dirty, and the area underneath it hadn’t been cleaned. When we had to set the sofa up ourselves, which wasn’t included in the service, we found old candy stuck to the floor and a lot of dirt. We watched room service use a knife from the kitchen drawer to scrape the candy off, then put the knife back without washing it. It’s sad that the staff seem to place no value on the customer experience. We can’t recommend this place. There are surely better places nearby with better service.
