Beach House Dune 19 - Joy

Loved my stay here. Great location and lots of facilities, I'd recommend it 🏖️

We loved being just a couple of minutes from the beach, with the small town no more than a 20-minute walk away. Dierhagen is a real hidden gem. Our Glück apartment was clean, roomy, and practical. They even left bowls and a soft blanket for our dog, which was such a nice touch. The service was excellent, and we'd love to return.

We came back after stays in 2025 and 2026, and would happily recommend Strandhaus Düne 19. The booking arrangements work perfectly, and the hosts deserve a big thank you. Each apartment is tastefully furnished with high-quality, practical equipment. There's parking right by the house, plus a bike garage for every apartment. From the property, it's just a short walk over the dune to the Baltic Sea beach. It's exactly the kind of place we want for a Baltic holiday, so we'll gladly return.

In winter, the sauna in the larger apartment was a must for us after those lovely but chilly beach walks. It's on the small side, though it warms up fast. The apartment stayed comfortably warm throughout, even with the neighboring units empty. We stayed in the cozy, nicely furnished Glück apartment, which had everything we needed and then some, including three TVs and a filter coffee machine.
