The 292 bus stops right outside, so it’s handy for getting to and from the airport. I’ve always slept well here: the hotel is comfortable, the beds are great, and the rooms are consistently quiet. Always a great place to stay in Hamburg. Highly recommended.
10/10
I travel to Hamburg about twice a month and have tried more than 15 hotels here. This one has become my default, because it gets the essentials right and offers very strong value for money. Service is reliably quick, attentive, and caring, while the food and amenities are high quality. The location makes it easy to reach both the airport and the city when traffic allows. It has everything I need as a frequent business traveler.

We had a lovely dinner, though the kitchen was a little slow, and there was a chocolate surprise from Saint Nicolaus outside our door in the morning. Breakfast was good, the spa facilities were nice, and it was easy to get into the city center by public transport. Staff and service were really helpful. A great stay.

It’s always nice to come back. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice. When we bring our dog, he gets treats and a warm welcome too.
10/10
A very pleasant stay, as usual. The garage opener is a pain 😎, but it’s the people, from reception to the restaurant and cleaning, who make this hotel stand out from others. A bit more sunshine would be nice, though we know it’s Hamburg. See you again in May!
