The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was decent for a hotel in this price range, though nothing especially exciting. The room cleanliness was disappointing: the towels had yellow stains, and there was a mix of dark hair and dirt in the shower. Some shower parts were used up, and the toilet seat looked overdue for replacement. We could make out every word our neighbours on both sides said. Either they were shouting at each other or the walls simply didn't block enough noise.

The area was calm and quiet, though getting to the city centre took about 20 minutes between walking and the S-bahn. Trains came often, with only around a three-minute wait. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't check in because it was fully booked, but they let us store our backpacks and tagged each one with a unique number, even though there was no other luggage there. It felt a bit expensive for what it offers, but we visited in July on a weekend when all the accommodation was booked.

Inside, the hotel felt spacious, clean, and quite new. The outside looks a bit cheap and rough, and it's in the middle of an industrial area, but you barely notice that once indoors. No air conditioning, and I'd prefer a shower door to the curtain, though neither was a big deal. I'm used to an ultra-soft bed, so it felt decent to me, while most people would probably find it really comfortable. The receptionist was cheerful and friendly, and was happy to speak English with us. Very satisfied in the end, and I'll definitely come back :)

It's a tidy, pleasant place with helpful, friendly staff. You can get snacks, cold beer, and liquor at the bistro, and there are vending machines too. The industrial-area location suits me especially well since my workplace is nearby. It's more than good enough for a stay of a couple of weeks.
