The location is okay, not especially quiet but not too noisy either. It's a basement apartment and feels a bit dark even with the lights on. The beds are somewhat worn, and I woke up with back pain every morning. The windows have fly screens, so you can leave them open at night without letting insects in. The apartment was in good condition overall, with very good furnishings and communication. For the price, I'd give it four stars.

The place was quiet, and getting to the bus and train was easy, so we could explore Hamburg without driving. Ms. Hinz was so kind and always available. We brought our bikes and, even though we hadn't asked in advance, she let us keep them in the backyard. The apartment had everything, even spices, pasta, rice and more, and it was furnished with real care and style. Thanks for everything, and we hope to return. It's a little outside the center, but public transport makes it easy to get to the tourist spots. The accommodation itself is lovely, carefully furnished, spotless and tidy. The hosts are very welcoming, and the standard felt almost like a hotel. Great value for the money. I'd happily stay again. Thank you.

Breakfast places and shops are nearby, and getting around is easy by car or public transport. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. Our hostess was friendly, relaxed and easy to deal with. We'd be glad to come back.

Coffee, tea, milk, spices, all of it was provided. We had such a nice stay and would love to return. The welcome was really warm, the place was very clean and comfortable, and everything had been furnished with care.
