I paid, but never received a refund, and in the end I didn't go. I was moving house and needed to check whether my cats could come, but the man on the phone was so rude and kept asking, "i don't understand why you are calling me?!" The customer service was horrible. I'd stay away from this place.

We slept really well, with no noise at all. The room was excellent and the bathroom was clean, and for €25 a night we got far more than we expected. It's in an industrial area, but inside it has a pleasant feel. This isn't a five-star hotel, of course. The owner welcomed the three of us warmly, and was friendly and funny. We were in Hamburg for a concert yesterday, and shared a room. My companions and I are sure we'll stay here again. I don't understand some of the reviews: guests who are loud or behave badly aren't the owner's responsibility, and reviews should be fair. Thanks again for the warm welcome and great accommodation!

You could manage one night here, but I wouldn't want more. The shared toilets were dirty, and there was just one shared shower with no separation for men and women. There are no toilets in the rooms. The rooms were dirty too, and some looked very run-down. The industrial area felt creepy, with old appliances and other bulky rubbish scattered around.

The beds were a complete disaster, and the interior made me think of a hospital. Reception was a struggle, with people gesturing back and forth. At €50 a night, I don't think the price is acceptable, and I'd choose a hotel instead. I can't recommend this place at all. I hope I didn't catch anything during my two nights there.
