The hotel restaurant was a highlight for us, with top-notch food quality, presentation, and service. The reception team were friendly, helpful, and very professional, and the sturdy umbrellas were a thoughtful touch for Hamburg’s rainy, windy weather. In the heart of Hamburg, the location puts major attractions within walking distance. Our room was exceptionally spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel exceeded all our expectations, and if I return to Hamburg, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality.

The restaurant’s value for money was off. The prices were like Michelin-starred places in London, but the standard wasn’t close. They forgot my dessert, then wanted to tell me a story about my whiskey. There was also a vibe from the clientele that we all picked up on, like people brought their mistresses or came to be seen. The hotel has loads of history and character, and the location is fabulous. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and nice bathroom products.

The conference room met all our requirements, and lunch was delicious and served in an original way. The coffee and tea were top quality. Cooperation was at the highest level, with someone always “at our disposal” to help answer every question.

The brasserie is a 10/10, and the reception team are extremely kind and respectful every time. Exquisite luxury, impeccable service, and excellent hotel quality and amenities. By far one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at, and keep staying at. See you soon!
