The team felt unfriendly and dishonest. Room 238 smelled like shit when I arrived at 22.30, as if someone had only just taken a shit. Room 307 was unclean, and I have pictures to prove it. The shower was closed. The receptionist had a don't-talk-to-me attitude, too. When I checked out the next morning, I realised I'd left something in the room, but they wouldn't let me retrieve it. The cleaning team said nothing was there, though I hadn't been anywhere but the room since then. 😒🥺 I usually like Premierinn because I know what comfort to expect, but this was the worst experience ever.

Booking.com showed a lower price, but when I arrived I found I had to pay another 8-10%. The garage is away from the main building, so getting to the hotel means carrying suitcases up stairs and walking through the parking lot. The rooms were okay, but a poorly sealed, leaking window made the night very cold because the fan coil heating wasn't working. The heating and cooling system is outdated and malfunctioning. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Mixed feelings.

For the price, the stay was okay. I was there for three nights this month and had specifically asked for my room to be cleaned on the second day. They even wrote down my room number, but nothing had been done when I returned. I told the woman at reception, and she didn't apologise or offer any compensation.

There was no heating in my room. Staff offered to move me, but the replacement room had the same problem. Their answer was to offer extra blankets. One of my worst hotel experiences. Avoid this location, especially if booking through Booking.com.

The hotel is close to the S-bahn, U-bahn, and buses, and there are two local supermarkets within 300 metres. My room had a fridge. Great hotel and excellent breakfast.
