We had a large deluxe room with a high ceiling and balcony, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff lovely. Our little dogs were welcome for a fee, though I wish parking had been included and the pet charge were lower, since most dogs don't cause damage that justifies the price. The area was very nice and worked well for us passing through. I could also imagine staying a couple of days while visiting Hamburg.

I was here for work, but would happily come back for a short Hamburg break. It's a fabulous boutique hotel in a lovely part of town, with a great feel, friendly and very helpful staff, and good places to eat both in the hotel and nearby. I'd definitely recommend it.

I spent the night before my wedding here, and they were so accommodating, even giving me a late checkout at no charge. Lovely room, staff, and location. I can't recommend it enough.

Friendly people and great interiors if you like strong colours. The bathroom was too small for a suite, though, and the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking. Lock your door if you want to sleep in.

I had to cancel my booking because of unfortunate circumstances, and the hotel wouldn't help with cancelling or even postponing it. I had to pay the full amount. This was a frustrating experience without even visiting the hotel. It's a pity they weren't more helpful. Bandits are everywhere, so be careful!
