The apartment was simply filthy, so I gave it a very low rating. Dust was everywhere, with cobwebs on the ceiling. The dining table was sticky, food scraps were on the floor, and there were problems in the kitchen. I won't even get into the state of the beds or the blankets and pillows left in the closets. There were no smoke detectors, and despite the website saying smoking isn't allowed, the place smelled strongly of stale smoke. Maybe whoever is responsible should check the apartment shortly before guests arrive and deal with major issues. We definitely won't rent it again.

The place was bright, clean, and very nice. The balcony furniture was a little uncomfortable, but that's a minor issue. Everything went smoothly, from getting the keys to checking out. Thanks for your hospitality. The Seitz/Emmeluth Family

The location was the only good part. I booked Apartment No. 16 for my parents' first visit to beautiful Rügen, and the photos looked promising. The reality was horrible, and we'll never book here again. I'd strongly warn others away. It was absolutely unacceptable, and they still charged €800 for the week. The apartment reeked of stale smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. There were long hairs from the previous guest and pet hair all over the sofa. The supplied vacuum was filthy and couldn't pick up a crumb. The table was sticky, with food scraps in the cracks. The kitchen, dishes, and dishwasher were dirty, and there were crumbs and pet hair under both tables. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, with urine stains and other mess plainly visible. There was even pet hair on the beds. I could go on, but that's enough. My parents photographed everything and showed the pictures to the management office. They were met with rudeness, rejection, and complete dismissal. Questions and arguments were ridiculed or ignored, and they were told pictures wouldn't help and nothing could be done. After a lot of back and forth and appalling treatment, compensation was promised to be in the safe from 9 a.m. the next day. There was nothing there the next day, or on the days after. Simply pathetic. It's ridiculous that you have to give at least one star, because I wouldn't give even that.

Three of us stayed in apartment 8. It's a chic, modern place in a very good location, close to the beach. The bed was comfortable too. Thanks for having us 👍😁
