Villa Granitz Meerglück

Everything was perfect during our two-week summer stay in the "Favorite Spot" apartment. Villa Granitz is right in the center of Wilhelmstrasse, with parking behind the building and the beach just a few meters away. I did mention a few small problems on our first day: the cups were a little worn, the knives were dull, and there was no clothes drying rack. Those were sorted out straight away. One reminder for Rügen Domizile, though: every apartment with a balcony or terrace should have a drying rack. It's always tricky to find somewhere for swimwear and damp towels.

We'll be back at Villa Granitz in three weeks, and we're already looking forward to it. We've stayed here once a year for 15 years and have always been satisfied. The location on Wilhelmstrasse is fantastic, with the beach about 400 meters away, a real plus with our two children. Free courtyard parking is another big help: each apartment has its own space, so even in peak season we don't have to search for a spot. The apartments are modern, tasteful, roomy, and comfortable. We choose "Ostseebrise" in winter for its small sauna in the spacious bathroom, which we use every day. In summer we prefer "Meerglück," mainly for its balcony over Wilhelmstrasse, where we can have a leisurely breakfast at sunrise. Both are perfectly adequate for a family with four children. The thoughtful welcome gift for each new guest is a nice touch, and the apartments are clean and bright, which makes the holiday even more enjoyable. The one thing that slightly spoils the impression is that the bathroom in "Meerglück" hasn't been renovated yet. It needs attention soon, since it doesn't fit the rest of the apartment at all. If you like centrally located, stylish accommodation with tasteful furnishings, we highly recommend Villa Granitz.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well equipped, and the complex was clearly well cared for. Free parking and a convenient location were a bonus. We really enjoyed our time in Ostseebrise.

The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was nicely furnished with good amenities and parking. The kitchen knives and similar items were a bit worn, which seems pretty typical for holiday rentals.
