The rooms are nice, but the stay wasn’t pleasant. When we got in at 4 pm, our room was freezing. I assume the heaters had only just been turned on, and even in the morning I don’t think it had reached 20 degrees. The room was dusty as well. We were only there for one night.

After a long drive, the family room was just what we needed, with really good beds and a nice shower. The woman at reception gave us a warm welcome, too. We stayed one night on our way home from Italy. Breakfast the next morning was superb, with fresh food and a good selection for a great price.

The backyard pond is a nice place to sit, though I imagine there may be mosquitoes in summer. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it seems they all have a small balcony, which is a plus. The staff were friendly and the location in Ottobeuren is convenient. Breakfast was a little limited, with jam, cheese, bread, cereal, and scrambled eggs, but the room where it’s served is cozy.

The other guests were quiet and considerate, and the showers had good pressure with plenty of hot water. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice. A great stay.

Restaurants are nearby, and there’s private parking under the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and recently renovated. It was very quiet, and I got a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.
