Hotel & Restaurant Zur Moselterrasse

Parking is right beside the hotel, and breakfast was generous. We spent one night here with a friend in August 2019, and the place turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are super friendly, and there's a large patio overlooking the Mosel. They have a huge range of wines and beers, and the food was outstanding. There was a table outside set aside for guests, though the restaurant seems very popular for dinner.

The hospitality here is world class, and the daylight views are breathtaking. We arrived after dark, so didn't see them until the next day. I picked this hotel at random for a Central Europe trip because it was near Luxembourg, and it turned out to have exactly the Old World charm I wanted. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic, with a table reserved by room. If we're back in this part of Europe, we'd definitely stay again. Highly recommended if you want somewhere that lets life slow down for a minute.

A lovely spot to begin or finish a trip around the Mosel or Luxembourg. The hosts were warm and friendly, and breakfast was great. We had dinner on the panoramic terrace with a view over the river, then sat by the bonfire.

This little place sits in a beautiful valley beside the Mossel river. The family have only recently started running the b&b or guesthouse, and they really go out of their way to make you comfortable. They all speak English very well, which you don't always find in the German countryside. The room was a good size with an ensuite bathroom. It wasn't Four seasons standard, but I wasn't paying for that.
