Even in light rain, we could sit on the covered terrace outside our room and enjoy the vineyard view. It's a beautiful location. We also did the wine tasting, and the lady led it with real enthusiasm. She spoke Duch as well as German, French and other languages, and shared interesting details about the area's history, the vineyard, and what foods go with different wines.

It was handy being allowed to make sandwiches at the breakfast buffet for our walk along the Mosel, since we couldn't find a shop or bakery in town. They also gave us an energy bar and an apple to take along. The room was clean, new, and lovely, with a perfect view. A personal check-in would have been nice, but the complimentary bottle of wine made up for it.

A great place to stay. For business trips, an earlier breakfast would be appreciated.

The best part was how kindly the Saurwein family looked after us. Timo Sauerwein hosted us and led the wine tasting, taking time to explain the story of his winery and family with real passion. The winery and guest house are amazing too, with a very new, well-furnished building and a fantastic shower. 100% recommended!

We booked a ground-floor apartment with a garden, and having that outdoor space was lovely. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, modern, clean, nicely furnished, and beautifully set among the vineyards. The owners are so kind and welcoming. We highly recommend it and hope to be back very soon.
