24-7 Apartment Passau

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was lots of room for our whole family, and getting around Passau from there was easy. We had a wonderful stay at 24-7 Apartment Passau and would happily recommend it. A definite five stars!

I paid €90 online and never got the access codes. I haven't been able to get a response from the accommodation, and the booking platform has no information either. I believe a normal accommodation would refund the payment, and I suspect the owners may be struggling financially, but that doesn't make this acceptable. I won't just let the money go. I'm prepared to come to the property in person over the principle, and I publicly ask you to discuss this with me. Otherwise, I expect an unpleasant face-to-face confrontation.

There was dust, other people's hair, and stained bedding in the room. The two bathrooms were shared by all six rented apartments, and the room itself was small and dirty for nearly €120 a night. We had nowhere habitable to stay, so we had to leave town. When we contacted the accommodation, they said they were checking our complaint, then stopped responding and did nothing. If you already booked without seeing the reviews, you can report the place to Booking and Gesundheitsamt Passau afterward so others might avoid this trap.

That view from the room is beautiful, and I loved the place. Nothing else to complain about. Just don't turn the shower on too high, or the water goes cold.
