Breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of variety, and the restaurant downstairs serves typical German cuisine in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed just one night. The inn is within walking distance of the Technical Museum and Warships Exhibition, and there's a parking lot large enough for all guests, whether you're leaving a car or a motorbike. From there, you can walk around town or along the seawalls. It has the feel of the 70s or 80s. The inn and rooms are clean and tidy, though it's a neat, pleasant place rather than a modern, fancy hotel. For the standard, the price is very good.

The location felt safe and peaceful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, accommodating, and spoke English. They even packed me a lunch box when I had to leave early, since breakfast was included and I wouldn't be there for it. Breakfast had coffee, juices, rolls, vegetables, and fruit. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. I also had dinner at the restaurant. It was delicious and very filling, with lots of choices. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my three nights here in October 2019. My room was just the right size, clean, warm, and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was very good, with everything from cereal, juice, and toast to scrambled eggs and hot drinks. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Since it was outside the tourist season and many places were closed or shutting early, they suggested places to eat. They also kept my luggage for me on checkout day until the afternoon. I speak German, so I can't say whether the hosts spoke English or how well. I'd certainly stay here again if I returned to Peenemuende.
